Invoices marked as unpaid after payment processing

Recommended Posts

Hi, im having a bit of a problem with a payment gateway i want to use found here at Github. the issue im having is that when im redirected back to site after payment has been made the invoice is not marked as paid., there is no error or anything. but what i found out was when both "Domain" URL and "WHMCS System URL" both found in Setup > General, when they are "http" (none SSL) the invoice is marked successfully as paid, but when they are "https" (Secure) they don't get marked as "Paid", im currently using the latest version of whmcs but also older version its the same issue. Please assist not sure whats going on why it does want to process via secure https. thanks

This is not a problem with WHMCS but the module. You need to contact the developer in order to have it fixed. There is probably some bug that is not calling back WHMCS once an invoice is paid, hence they are not market as paid on WHMCS.
