Domain Not Showing in WHMCS

Shay

Recommended Posts

A domain I registered with Enom is not showing up on my WHMCS. DNS is pointed to my WHMCS.  My reseller host keeps giving me incorrect information on how to bring this into my WHMCS.

This is the last recommendation is the link. To be honest, I want clarification and confirmation that this is correct and that the client will not receive notices of the correction (due to incorrect advice the client has received enough notices).

here is the link they provided - https://whmcs.community/topic/270617-importing-existing-domains-in-from-enom/

any feedback would be appreciated.

I assume you registered directly with eNom and not using WHMCS ?

that's not relevant to adding a domain to WHMCS.

that was basically just a copy & paste from the docs...

https://docs.whmcs.com/Migration_Guide#Adding_Domains

as long as you do step 7, they shouldn't receive any immediate emails - ensure that you update the next due & expiry dates as mentioned at the end too.
