ciaoweb
Hi all, Maybe a silly question but I wanted to be sure... I offer a kind of service where customers pay every 3 months a recurring invoice. If a customer ask me to suspend the service only temporarily if I change the order Status as "Pending" will the upcoming invoice be not triggered and re triggered when I change status to Active again whenever the customer ask me to re activate the service? Thank you Edited May 9, 2020 by ciaoweb

Pending, Completed, Cancelled or Terminated services will not generate invoices.
ciaoweb
Hi Brian, Many thanks for the clarification, I have just enabled the Continuous Invoice Generation in my account. Since I suspend hosting account by cPanel which is not connected with WHMCS, when I do this I have to go manually to the corresponding product/service and change the status to "Pending or Cancelled" if I don't want any upcoming invoice to be generated for that specific service. Best wishes
