Gunther77 Posted May 2, 2020 Share Posted May 2, 2020 I am a registered Hostgator hosting reseller. I have setup WHMCS, so that I can handle client transactions automatically. I then purchased a domain and hosting through my new business website gwcorphosting.com and everything went well. I registered a new domain willywallywho.com and the package was registered as it should. The issue is that my client willywallywho.com wants to get into his profile where he can see his domains and invoices etc. Every time he goes to https://gwcorphosting.com/gwcorp/clientarea.php to login in it says, password or user name incorrect. I then select the forgot password, the system sends me a password reset email. I reset the password and it allows me to login and do what I need to do. If I logout and go back to try login again. I have the same problem again, password or user name incorrect. I then select the forgot password, the system sends me a password reset email. I reset the password and it allows me to login and do what I need to do. Please help, I cannot sell domains if this issue is going to persist.
