Ray Tracy Posted April 23, 2020 Share Posted April 23, 2020 I try to create a new client account in admin area and un-tick (disable) the box of Tick this box to send a New account Information But WHMCS still send the email out to the new account. zitu4life Posted April 24, 2020 Share Posted April 24, 2020 (edited) Hello It is very strange if even you tick to not send that message and WHMCS still send it..perhaps you have some hooks conflicts there, but hooks is for brian! (not me). Consider open a ticket to let Staff take a close look at it, because it is not suppose to work like that. But you can try an immediate solutions, deactivating that message on Setup>Email Template and after click to edit it... Hope it Helps!
