Error 500 after updating from 7.10.0 -> 7.10.1 via Autoupdate

Recommended Posts

I attempted to install the latest update via the autoupdate and it failed citing a fatal error. Clicked to go to main menu and it throws a 500 error.

This is the content of the error log, which I'm afraid means nothing to me.😕

Can anyone advise what the issue might be?

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

This error means one or more files are missing. Most likely the auto updater was interrupted whilst extracting the new files.

Please follow these steps to perform a manual update instead: https://docs.whmcs.com/Updating#Performing_a_Manual_Update

To start diagnosing the cause of the auto-update failure, take a look at the few most recent entries in the tblupdatelog table.
