mmtllc
Hi everyone! My first question here... I would like to offer private domain registration. I have Enom set up as my registrar and it's available on their website but it doesn't show up in either my WHMCS backend nor the store. Does anyone know how to offer that?
WHMCS ChrisD
Hi @mmtllc In the domain pricing page you can setup a cost for ID Protection and also ensure that the ID Protection box is checked on the TLD
Remitur
Also: check for what TLDs you can enable ID protection (on many ccTLD ID protection is impossible or forbidden)

mmtllc
I was hoping this was fixed, but it turns out to not be the case. I have IP Protection checked in Domain Pricing for .com, .net, .org, .biz, and .info. However, I have a client who tried to register a domain and was not offered IP protection. I have canceled the order until I get this figured out. Any further insight would be greatly appreciated!
