Crons not running

Recommended Posts

OK, I have tried every thing to get the cron to run...no luck.

This is the cron I am told to use in the automation settings:
*/5 * * * * /opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/php -q /home/USERXXXXXXXX/uxcrons/cron.php

and this is what I have setup in cPanel:

Any ideas?

I have also tried :
php -q /home/USERXXXXXXXX/uxcrons/cron.php

no luck with that either. I contact the host, they have no idea and said its a WHMCS thing

not relevant to your issue, but you won't need the domainsync cron for any recent version of WHMCS as the main cron does that task now.

have you worked your way through the crons help pages?

https://help.whmcs.com/m/automation

also, as your get your license via your host, you do have the option on contacting Reseller Support for direct help from WHMCS Support...

plus you might want to edit your post - no point having a custom crons folder and letting know everyone where it is. 🙂
