Hello support after an hour of the eggtimer I gave up refreshed screen - this is the message... How do I proceed now?

Hello Brian,

I thought the community might have been a quicker answer at the weekend rather than raise a ticket. 

Fortunately your final link helped me resolve the update. I now seem to have a cron issue which I will review tomorrow as I am brain dead from so many attempts at fixing it today.

there are fewer than a handful of users that would reply to threads here during the week (i'm probably being very generous with the count)... there can be tumbleweed at weekends.

have you also noticed that the captcha isn't working on your WHMCS homepage ? so domain registrations/transfers would fail unless the users go to your domain reg/transfer cart pages.

also, the Boxes orderform template was deprecated years ago and is no longer updated, so while it still works (more or less!), just be aware that at some future update point, it will stop working. ⚠️
