sahostking
We found 100s of accounts that our staff has set to status Cancelled but they did not click the suspended button first. I'd like to know if we write a SQL Query that sets all the "Cancelled" status accounts to Suspended. Would that not fix all these issues as they will terminate when next cron runs? Thoughts?
WHMCS ChrisD
@sahostking as long as you have your automation settings set to terminate after a certain period then yes, setting them to terminated should allow them to terminate when the next cron runs. The other option might be to set the terminate at end of period checkbox and then set it to a date in the past that would allow the services to terminate.
