kiopeed Posted December 9, 2019 Share Posted December 9, 2019 (edited) Hello I have a question about When a new ticket is opened by the customer My system doesn't send mail to the admin to get a new ticket and for new respond from the customer in the ticket My system doesn't send mail to the admin why?
