iHelpersLLC Posted November 20, 2019 Share Posted November 20, 2019 I have suspended a hosting package on an account (for non-billing reasons) and was surprised when an invoice went out as the next due date approached. Are invoices supposed to still go out for a suspended package? Pending, Completed, Cancelled or Terminated services will not generate invoices. so the answer to your question is yes, suspended services will continue to be invoiced for.
