WHMCS 7.8 Sync Tool Button missing (?)

In "Setup -> Products/Services -> Servers" I have one server listed. Then I edit it, it shows as a cPanel server.

But there is no "Server Sync" button to be found anywhere? 

Are there other requirements for this button to show up?

Firstly you need to complete  server   setup   process   like   your   print and   later,

Go to:

Setup>Products/Services>Servers

That is already done. The pic shown in my original post is from inside the Edit screen for the server that already exists.

I suspect maybe the upgrade from 7.x to 7.8 didn't complete correctly.

Is is possible to reinstall from scratch w/o affecting the database contents?

Server   sync   was  introduced   on 7.8  If your current   version   are updated, try to   clear  cache images  and see if it works, if not consider  open   a support  ticket.

After comparing some of the file in the upgrade distribution directory, and in the working directories, I found that the upgrade did not complete.
I have since uninstalled/reinstalled and things are working much better.
