Si Posted December 19, 2007 Share Posted December 19, 2007 Version 3.5.1 using the cart.php When a customer selects to pay via cheque and enters all of their details to complete sign-up, they are brought to a page which tells them it is forwarding them to the payment gateway of their choice. That's cool. However, I expected it to bring them to the invoice itself, which would detail their payment instructions and allow them to print the invoice for mailing to us, but it didn't. Instead it brought them back to the cart.php page. Granted they were logged in and could now click on the MY INVOICES to see their invoice, but its not very intuitive for new customers and they shouldn't have to do this. With auto redirect to the gateway selected, there is no way WHMCS can differentiate between an instruction only gateway such as bank transfer and mail in or a third party gateway such as PayPal.
