cPanel API Unreachable: Please enable SSL Mode for this server and try again

This is the first time I see this error message in WHMCS. 

cPanel API Unreachable: Please enable SSL Mode for this server and try again

This error is when I click to connect cPanel from the blue button in WHMCS for an account.

Is someone here able to help me, please?

@vivyrelaxe thanks for your post! If you head into Setup > Products/Services > Servers and select the select server causing  the issue do you have the Enable SSL checkbox ticked on this server?

Thank you very much for your answer. I see SLL in my french version. I think it is only a mistake from translator.

But it's already enable as you can see in this screen capture.

@vivyrelaxe Does your server use a different port to access cPanel/WHM?

Thanks for your reply, could you go into Utilities > Log  > Module Log and enable this, then head try re-adding the server and checking the module log to see if the error provides more details?

WOuaouwww!  Yesterday I've updated cPanel on the server and I've forgotten to verify again for the connexion.

Today I've followed your instructions and immediately the server connects!

In the log, I only see the cPanel update.

I'm so happy. Sorry to have disturbed you so much for so few. I never think it can be the update of cPanel the problem.

Glad to hear that it's all working @vivyrelaxe! It sounds like you may have had an older version of cPanel
