snake
I am no longer able to make any changes to my general settings, I get this error when I try to save. This is a new install, only set it up about 2 weeks ago, and I was able to edit the general settings just fine back then. I think this has occurred since I auto installed the latest update. 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!

WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS SamP Posted October 4, 2019 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted October 4, 2019 Hi there. This is not an error generated by WHMCS, but instead is being generated directly by your web server. There can be many reasons for such an error, including, but not limited to: - File and/or folder ownership - File and/or folder permissions - mod_proxy - mod_security If you are uncertain of how to resolve this 403 error, then I would recommend reaching out to your server administrator or hosting provider so that they can look into this for you.

snake
I contacted my host and they fixed it. It was obviously a firewall issue.
