Some problems in WHMCS

Recommended Posts

Hi

Dear friends, I have some questions and need help:

1- I have two category services in my WHMCS panel.  How can i send different "service detail" to my clients whenever they buy.  For example for VPN service send a special template "service detail" and for host service send a different  template?

2- How can i receive the notification email "WHMCS New Order Notification" just for paid service not trial  and free service?

Many thanks

Use the Welcome Email dropdown menu to select which email will be sent to clients once they've ordered this product. The standard templates will cover most situations but you can customise them or create your own.

you could assign different welcome emails to the different products/services.

there would be no admin option setting to enable this - it would likely need a coding solution to make it work that way.
