Axle Posted August 8, 2019 Share Posted August 8, 2019 Hi, we have a client who has multiple entities which are setup in WHMCS with different contacts. They have one contact person who needs to be able to access the client area through his own email . I'm wondering if we can add the contact with the same details to different clients in WHMCS? WHMCS ChrisD Posted August 9, 2019 Share Posted August 9, 2019 @Axle Not at the moment, when the email address entered is already in use by another client account you will get an error stating that each email must be unique for each client, to get around this you'd have to use a different email or + formatting so client+1@email.com client+2@email.com ect and they would have a seperate login for each client account 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
