there's no real built-in ways to do it for all clients, you could use the Bulk Pricing Updater addon (I would never use it for updating domain pricing); you can update product pricing on a client-per-client basis via the client summary page; you can even do it with SQL queries if you know what you're doing.

their demo seems to work (once you get to the addon page) - some of the output seems to be hardcoded in Spanish, but if you change a product price, run the addon, then those clients using those existing products have their prices updated to the same as new clients would pay - just remember that what eversolution you choose, to back up the database before changing any prices - because in none of these solutions is there an "Undo" button - you're updating the database and the previous prices will not be stored.
