Filesharing Posted July 3, 2019 Share Posted July 3, 2019 Hello from Germany, why can not WHMCS create a yearly invoice (with all service positions of a customer) at the end of a year for a certain customer who have paid a amount of credit at the beginning of the year? It would take so much less paper and the customer would not have to book each invoice individually - only one. Even if in Germany your are allowed to issue yearly invoice, don't forget that customers from other countries could not support it. From my experience with monthly invoices you're fine. Filesharing Posted July 4, 2019 Author Share Posted July 4, 2019 (edited) Hello Kian, thank you very much for your reply! :-) I see more benefits ... => Annual invoice as an additional option! => Very nice to have! => Example: for certain customer who have paid a amount of credit at the beginning of the year! => One invoice at the end of the year (if available with including credit note amount). ==> Would be such a big thing. => Not every customer needs a monthly invoice! => Each month an invoice for domains or webspace certainly not necessary especially if you have paid a amount of credit at the beginning of the year. => Think about the environment, how much paper, printer cartridges and electricity are wasted! => This is saved by one invoice. => In addition, it is also a question of time, if you book an invoice every month or once a year! => More time for other things.
