Nyirenda Shadreck
The system is failing to connect to Affordable Domains as it keeps giving this error (Registrant phone number is in incorrect format. Please edit the phone number in your profile to be in "country areacode localnumber" format (eg "64 9 1234567") but I see nothing wrong with my number because the number has a Zambian countly code. What could be the problem?
Kian
Try with +64.123456789 or +64 123456789 (can't remember). Edit: https://docs.whmcs.com/Phone_Numbers Edited June 19, 2019 by Kian
WHMCS ChrisD
Hi @Nyirenda Shadreck It seems that the Affordable Domains API now requires numbers to be in the format 64 9 1234567 I know they now provide their own module from their website are you using this or the one that shipped with WHMCS?

WHMCS ChrisD
Could you try downloading the updated module from Affordable Domains directly and see if that works? Simply override the current Affordable Domains Module with theirs
