Consider removing folders and files in vendor packages to reduce WHMCS package size

There are many files within the multitude of vendor directories that are not used by WHMCS and they are simply an overload. Though it may be tedious initially, a filter method can be developed (in house) to seek and delete those unused files and folders before distribution. I've had to do so with Joomla and WP. Composer doesn't seem to be concerned with file excess so it installs the GIT packages whole, and that's a problem.

Keep the change logs, README and other non-function files in house. If WHMCS take the time to trim the vendor packages, the WHMCS distribution could be reduced to possibly 20MB instead of 63MB and 17,209 files.
