For tickets, you would use pop3 importing - https://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Piping#POP3_Import_Method For SMTP, you would set your cpanel's mail server address, mailboxe, etc and entering that information on the screens described in https://help.whmcs.com/m/system/l/784309-configuring-whmcs-to-use-smtp . 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
