Module Error...Need Admin PW

I get the following error when trying to setup a free account.  I use Centova Cast and this was working 2 weeks ago and all of a sudden it stopped working.  My username/Password is correct...Ive checked it 3 times and can login to it.  HELP please.

Must specify a valid Administrator password (adminpassword) value

@avsfan5555 If you enable the module logs under Utilities > Logs > Modules Log > Enable Module Log and then try replicating the error, once done please review the module logs for further detailed errors
