Hi Members, i need a module which will block orders from certain countries. I there anything out there other that GeoIP Order Blocker?

These guys won;t let me buy a $20 product?

one option would be to use the free IP2Location IP-Country Blocker addon to block visitors from these countries... you might need to check with its developers that it's compatible with your installed WHMCS version, but if it was updated in October, then should be v7.5 compatible at least.

another option might be to use FraudLabs Pro - whilst that wouldn't prevent ordering from these countries, it will mark them as fraudulent and so services shouldn't be created/activated.

another option might be MaxMind... where you could remove these countries from your WHMCS installation, and set MaxMind to use Reject Country Mismatch - this should again result in the order being marked as fraudulent.

using a GeoIP location service as a source, it wouldn't be difficult to create a hook to prevent orders from specific countries, but as you can see from above, there are other options before you get to that stage of reinventing the wheel.
