All other functions work fine for us, but this one. I was not able to reproduce this error in WHMCS version 7.7.1, using PHP 7.3 (Latest version and WHMCS and PHP). I tested using the sample code made available here: https://developers.whmcs.com/api-reference/acceptquote/ I would advise opening up a support ticket with us so we can take a closer look at your installation and environment to assist you with this.
