Virtual Partners
Thanks Brian. I did play with the URL option but it didn't help. Another url is giving no problems for example: ?rp=/knowledgebase or ?rp=/announcements it's only ?rp=/download that is giving this error Update the whmcs version.... should this solve the issue for sure?? Updating to another version is a lot of work because of some theme issue's i'm running into...

I did play with the URL option but it didn't help. this is the thread I was thinking of... https://help.whmcs.com/m/marketconnect/l/747675-troubleshooting-a-404-error-or-unexpected-page if you haven't done so already, i'd suggest working through those pages (especially the help page) to ensure 100% that it's not a Friendly URLs or htaccess issue.... might also be worth checking that it's not a WHMCS bridge issue too. 2 hours ago, Virtual Partners said: Update the whmcs version.... should this solve the issue for sure?? I wouldn't vouch for any WHMCS release to solve an issue! 🙂 2 hours ago, Virtual Partners said: Updating to another version is a lot of work because of some theme issue's i'm running into... I can appreciate that... and I did notice there is a missing FontAwesome icon for the SubmitTicket link on the WHMCS homepage.. I would suggest not upgrading yet just to resolve this issue, try the above ideas first before considering that.
Virtual Partners
Thanks again Brian! I went through the links you've send and try several things... non of them did help 😞 whmcs bridge haven't change since the update... I appreciate your notice of the missing fontawesome icon!! No idea what to do now....
brian!
Just now, Virtual Partners said: No idea what to do now.... how did you update? automatic updater or manually via ftp download ?? if using the updater, trying a manual ftp upload of the v7.7.0 files again might be an option, just in case there are missing/corrupt files. other than that, you may need to open a ticket with Support and have them take a look... if you get your license directly from WHMCS - https://www.whmcs.com/support/ if you get your license from a reseller / host - https://www.whmcs.com/reseller-support/
