Mattia Posted March 23, 2019 Share Posted March 23, 2019 Hi everyone, i am brand new to WHMCS and i have a big issue. I did have a licene key bought from DomainRacer.com (Lifetime license) and WHMCS used to work good (version 7.7.0), but i did need to reinstall it because there were some problems with the domain and redirects (i did want to change the domain and i actually did it). I did re-install WHMCS trough softaculous(version 7.7.1) and now whmcs says my license key is invalid and that i have to change it. As soon as i type the key and the administrative credentials, it says "wrong credentials". WHMCS ChrisD Posted March 24, 2019 Share Posted March 24, 2019 @Mattia if your license was issued by Domain Racer you would need to contact them directly as the reseller for assistance if you'd like to send me a PM I can review your license key, but you will still need to have domainracer reissue your license.
