jeffuk Posted March 22, 2019 Share Posted March 22, 2019 Keep getting a 500 error when trying to authenticate a new cPanel server. The auto login hangs and produces a time out. I can log in to the server directly fine, but via WHMCS things just hang. Other cPanel servers work fine. steven99 Posted March 22, 2019 Share Posted March 22, 2019 Enable display / log errors under WHMCS admin -> Setup menu -> General settings -> Other tab and then check PHP logs if the error does not show.
