SamS1 Posted March 11, 2019 Share Posted March 11, 2019 Hi guys, I have a client who was trying to upgrade their plan but instead added a new 2nd plan. The 2nd plan has already been paid for and provisioned. Is it best to just cancel, refund and then have client upgrade correctly / upgrade them from Whmcs or is there another way to fix this in Whmcs?
