monsterit Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 Hi All, I'm getting this error on whmcs. i've moved all the folders to non public_html folder but still getting this, Insecure Permissions Check The following directories are owned by a different user from that which is executing WHMCS. This indicates a potentially insecure configuration: /home/alextovey/whmcs_templates_c /home/alextovey/whmcs_crons /home/alextovey/whmcs_downloads /home/alextovey/whmcs_attachments You can learn more about this in our documentation. any ideas how i can sort this out? i'm running ubuntu 18.04 i've set the folders to 777 and user is alextovey:www-data any other ideas would be great. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
