steven99
Do you have the friendly URL setting turned on in WHMCS admin -> Setup menu -> General Settings -> General tab? If so, do you also have the corresponding .htaccess rewrite rules in place or any rules?

WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Alex Posted March 1, 2019 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted March 1, 2019 Hello @raafr, That URL is indicative of having "Full Friendly Rewrite" set for your "Friendly URLs" configuration at Setup > General Settings > General: https://docs.whmcs.com/Friendly_URLs The first thing to try is using the "Refresh" icon next to the "Friendly URLs" setting to ensure the appropriate .htaccess rules are in place. Assuming you are encountering a 404 error, this should also help: https://help.whmcs.com/m/marketconnect/l/747675-troubleshooting-a-404-error-or-unexpected-page
