I know there is a the client and the product ones, but im not finding if there is any for the support department custom fields. I was thinking to verify if the ticket has any filled out custom field (which i have created for sensitive info) and if that txtbox is not blank (which means the client filled it out) alert in the admin/staff ticket emails about it.
