elianaf
Hello, We've been using WHMCS for the last couple of years and recently we have decided to open a new website. We are thinking about installing a new WHMCS for it - but we were wondering if there is a module or something that might help us with ticket notifications - as former NOTI. Has anyone experienced this need and has a fix for it? As it is quite hard to keep track of two separate ticket systems. We've heard of implementing Slack notification - has anyone tried it? Thanks a bunch for any info!
pRieStaKos
Slack is working very smoothly. Check Notifications about this feature.
Kian
Alternatively if the company is still the same, you can stick to one installation of WHMCS and use it with multiple domains, templates and even assign products/services and support departments to each your brands. Of course you'll need 3rd party modules. Edited February 9, 2019 by Kian
elianaf
Thank you very much! We've integrated Slack in ticket notifications. Unfortunately, the company is not the same so we are using another WHMCS for managing it. Slack seems to work perfect :)
