If a customer buy the addon, all download will be avialable under Services > My Services > View Details > Downloads tab (as described in the manual). How do i make these downloads visilibe under Support -> Downloads after a customer bought the addon? Thanks for you help in advance. steven99 Posted February 4, 2019 Share Posted February 4, 2019 The download should already be listed under that page. If not, make sure the "Hidden" checkbox is not checked for either the download category or the download it self. Of course, this makes it visible in the listing for those that have not purchased it but they can not access it either. If you did not want that, one quick solution I could think of is to use a "special" category and a clientareapage hook that gave an error if the special category was accessed without having a product ordered that has a download in that category. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
