This is WHMCS' reasoning: Quote When our team originally discussed implementing this, client interest was mainly for getting it implemented for admin users and main account users (which is the current implementation). At the time, there was little/no interest in it for sub-account users I'm afraid. Is there any interest from other WHMCS customers for 2FA for WHMCS sub accounts? lkitching Posted January 31, 2019 Share Posted January 31, 2019 Yes, we have been voting on the feature request for this with hope they will implement it for all; afterall it would make sense for those with permission to login to the client area to be able to secure it with 2FA.
