IamAQ Posted January 8, 2019 Share Posted January 8, 2019 Critical Error Could not connect to the database. I had 2 installations of WHMCS. I have deleted the test installation as that was not needed. After Deleting the test installation, realized that both installations were using the same database. My website was ready to go and do not have any sensitive data from clients. Every time when I visit my site it gives the error message, as Database no longer exist. How can I resolve this issue without reinstalling WHMCS on my web server? I don't have a database backup. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bear Posted January 8, 2019 Share Posted January 8, 2019 Check with your provider to see if they have a backup that has it. If not, that's that. You need to start over with the installation.
