Posted October 31, 2018 Share Posted October 31, 2018 2 hours ago, cseamiya said: now i just develop new staging website and integrate whmcs. but now i want to test the user of live website to staging website. and want to get all user details through database. so you created a fresh install of v7.6.1 (or whatever) and used a new blank database - and now you want to use your live database (or a copy of it I hope) with your dev install? if so, the problem will likely be that the 'live' database won't be for the same version of WHMCS and so there will be a conflict... uploading the 'install' directory which goes with your installed WHMCS release, and running the update process again by visiting the /install/ directory should fix this. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
