so can you set your own prices and it still works or do you have to follow the enom price list for each reseller plan?

https://www.whmcs.com/partners/enom/

by creating the free eNom account, you are effectively acting as a subreseller for WHMCS - e.g WHMCS have an account with eNom and you're registering domains through WHMCS' eNom account... WHMCS are deciding on their prices to you (no doubt based on what eNom charge them) and you can determine what you charge your customers based on their (WHMCS) prices to you.

I would imagine that WHMCS have something close to the "Platinum" or "Platinum Plus" accounts with eNom - the prices that WHMCS charge to you will be listed on the link above (though I don't know how frequently they update that pricing page as I think those prices are only indicative).

They've 4 plans and that i want to set the costs however i don't which plan you get from registering an unfastened Enom reseller account from whmcs so can you set your very own fees and it still works or do you need to follow the enom charge listing for each reseller plan?

you can set your own fees - you don't really need to worry which plan you get by using a WHMCS eNom sub-account (WHMCS probably get a special custom plan anyway), you just need to pay attention to the prices that WHMCS are charging you per TLD and set your own prices accordingly.
