Nothing has changed on the server and all I did was update WHMCS recently. Any idea how to trouble shoot this? It was working fine for the last year until about two days ago.

Here is the error I get when trying to renew or register a domain from WHMCS.

Order Accept Encountered Problems
Connection Failed - 111 - Connection refused
