They should be able to upgrade your existing license to Plus, however depending on their internal processes they may require cancellations and a new license issued however changing that in WHMCS is quick and easy under the Help Menu For licenses directly from us, our Customer Service Team can upgrade you to Plus 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am starting to understand how everything fits together after reading your website last night. I see the internal process issues for A2. Thank you again for your help. I want to setup everything properly before I dive into having customers, so it is really good to see issues so I can streamline my business. I lost a couple of customers who couldn't wait but I am thinking longterm. Now I am working on Branding my WHMCS. Reading the Developer's Doc on it.
