lostinspace
Hey Matt, In 3.5.0, it seems you've removed some depth of detail in the cron job activity e-mail. Maybe a setting could be introduced to control the activity details (low, medium, high)? I know the e-mail can get somewhat "busy" at times but we kind of liked having more details.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 15, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 15, 2007 Nothing has been changed in it as far as I'm aware. What aren't you seeing? Matt
lostinspace
Well, I seem to recall seeing the customer's name for invoices that were created, payment reminders, etc. Perhaps I'm going crazy? And unfortunately, I can't find any old cron job e-mails to compare with.

lostinspace
OK, then perhaps I was looking at the invoices created area and thinking that had the clients name as well. Ignore this thread if that was never the case.

brianoz
I'd love to see a bit more detail in these emails: details on invoices created (number, amount, what for, who, due) credit card payments - which failed, which worked reminders/overdue notices details (number, amount, what for, who, due) Here's what I'm hoping for, more or less - new stuff in red: Cron Job Report for 07-01-2008 08:35:01 1 Invoices Created - invoice 3921 user Tim Williams $317 Credit Card Payments: 0 Captured, 1 Failed - Failed: invoice 3455 user Will Smith $123 1 Overdue Invoice Reminders Sent - Sent First Notice to User Rob Laughton invoice 2817 $52 (due 30/12/2007) 2 Invoice Payment Reminders Sent - invoice 2345 user Bill Gates blahblah.com $129.99 (due 24/12/2007) - invoice 2359 user Jim Wilson blahblah.com $189.95 (due 23/12/2007) 0 Subscription Payment Reminders Sent 0 Accounts Suspended - Manual Suspend Required: Tim Roberts - barryfiles.com (Due Date: 24/09/2007) 0 Cancellation Requests Automatically Processed (Apologies for any inconsistencies in the above) The level of detail for suspended accounts is great, that's about what I'd like to see (except I'd also like to see which invoice, for how much, led to suspension). I know not everyone wants this; so the level of detail would need to be selectable.
