On my installation everytime i try to use a subdomain i get a

"the domain you have entered is not valid" warning. I have never had this problem before untill i updated to WHMCS v3.5

Any help would be useful and i would be grateful

You jogged my memory on this. I noticed this just after my upgrade but forgot to investigate it further. Sub-domains in the 3.5 shopping cart appear with a double dot after they've been created.

ie yoursub..yourdomain.com

Could this be the issue? Haven't gotten around to checking where in the templates the extra dot needs removed, but I think that could be the solution to this.

hmmm... just been scanning through the templates the past couple hours, couldn find anything. My subdomains aren't even being created. They just halt and display a message

# The domain you entered is not valid #

I am really at a loss on what to do =P
