Si
You jogged my memory on this. I noticed this just after my upgrade but forgot to investigate it further. Sub-domains in the 3.5 shopping cart appear with a double dot after they've been created. ie yoursub..yourdomain.com Could this be the issue? Haven't gotten around to checking where in the templates the extra dot needs removed, but I think that could be the solution to this. Si
fynnx
hmmm... just been scanning through the templates the past couple hours, couldn find anything. My subdomains aren't even being created. They just halt and display a message # The domain you entered is not valid # I am really at a loss on what to do =P
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 15, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 15, 2007 Thanks for the report about the doubt dot issue. That's now been corrected. For the not valid error, you must be entering something that is not valid. Open a ticket if you need me to take a look. Matt
