JohnnyL Posted September 11, 2018 Share Posted September 11, 2018 Guys, Pretty straight forward... How does one change the main admin password in WHCMS through the 'my account ' tab?? Yes its a 'Full Administrator ' role. All i get is :' ' Email address is already in use by a support department. Please provide a different email address. '' So, what support do they mean? Kian Posted September 11, 2018 Share Posted September 11, 2018 (edited) You can't use the same address for an administrator and support department in the same time unless you manually change them from database. Having this email associated with an account or vice-versa can cause undesirable effects to WHMCS operations and as such, is disallowed. We do not recommend any manual interaction with the database to override this feature. Instead, use a different email address for either your admin account or Support Department.
