isaia Posted December 14, 2007 Share Posted December 14, 2007 hi this is my first month with whmcs and i am still learning the way whmcs is running.... ok a client signed up for a hosting package and he paid by PayPal... at that package I've setup to be created on the server after payment witch it did but when i look in whmcs the order is still in mending mode but the Service is active already and the hosting account is already created! now the questions... should not be the order accepted automatically ? and welcome email sent automatically ? why I have a pending order on an active service ? thank you 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Joe Posted December 14, 2007 WHMCS Developer Share Posted December 14, 2007 Hi The pending order status shows that the order has come in and not yet been marked active by you. The items in that order may well be marked paid and showing as completed for payment and may well have been setup if a hosting account but the order will always show Pending until you activate it and confirm it is indeed active.
