SMCHost Posted August 3, 2018 Share Posted August 3, 2018 When clients login to their dashboard in WHMCS and try to select the "Login to cPanel" or "Login to WHM" they get an error stating they cannot autologin and to contact support. Have you tried to login to cPanel from their product page within the Admin Area?
