mm1250 Posted December 13, 2007 Share Posted December 13, 2007 When a client is ordering a hosting account and domain name via the shopping cart, after they select the billing cycle it takes them to the "Domain Configuraiton" page where it shows domain options to buy. But if there is no domain options to buy setup it is just an extra step that is undeed and the client will wonder what to do at this step since there are no options to choose(atleast I did). There should be something in the system that states if no domain options are setup than it should skip this step and go right to the next step which should be the shopping cart reveiw page 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
