Sites getting suspended automatically even though invoice is paid

Hi 

We use 2 control panels, VestaCP and cPanel. From recent days, some of the websites on our server are getting suspended on both the panels even though the invoice is marked paid and WHMCS's admin are too shows the product to be active but suspends the product and send suspension email. 

 

The one thing common in them is, I had manually marked all these as paid as PayPal's IPN doesn't work sometimes or due to some reason. Please help in getting the issue resolved.

Hi Vikhyat,

Did you set the status to Paid on the invoice options or click the mark as paid button?  If you manually set it then the Next Due Date on the product would not have moved forward one month, you can fix this by simply adjusting the next due day on the clients product tab to next month.
