vinc1402 Posted June 18, 2018 Share Posted June 18, 2018 Hello WHMCS, I came across a possible bug. Users that accepted a quote don't get an automated invoice related to the quote. Inside their email (Quote #6... Accepted) they get : Quote This is a confirmation that quote generated on 2018-06-18 has been accepted by you and invoice # is generated. There seems to be no invoice generation action. I'm running the latest stable release of WHMCS. Anyone else having this issue? 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WHMCS ChrisD Posted June 19, 2018 Share Posted June 19, 2018 Hello @vinc1402 . Once the client accepts the quote it is automatically marked as Accepted in your Admin Area. However, you will need to convert the quote into an invoice (as well as create the client account if a new customer). WHMCS automates this process for you by clicking the Convert to Invoice button on the quote viewing page. You will be given the choice of generating a single invoice for the entire amount or splitting it into 2 invoices - a deposit and final payment - useful for large amounts or design jobs.
